Surf the Web Anonymously for Free

Proxyd.Net allows you to surf the web anonymously for free for a period of five minutes. It does this retrieving web pages on your behalf, and displaying them on your browser via your connection to Proxyd.Net. In this way browsing history on your computer records you were browsing on Proxyd.Net - not the actual site you were viewing. In the same way, the records on the site you browse to record Proxyd.Net as thw browser, not your computer. This capability also effectively allows you to bypass content blocking systems your organization may have.

 

A couple of things to be aware of - proxy browsing is not 100% fullproof and some site with sophisticated scripts will occasionally defeat Proxyd.Net. You can tell if this happens by checking the URL shown on the top of your web browser - it should always start "http://www.proxyd.Net".

 

If after five minutes you would like to continue browsing anonymously you will be prompted for a Proxyd.Net username and password if you have one, or be given the opportunity to sign up for a paid account with no time limit, and no advertising at the top of the screen. We have to do this to cover costs of maintaining this site.
